DRAFT with agnes b. Paris. What is DRAFT? DRAFT is a limited series art book. DRAFT issue #1 (only 300 copies printed). The book was bound like a scenario and counted 240 pages printed in black and white. DRAFT exposes the works in progress, first ideas and references that people use to accomplish a finished work or thought. All work is presented as unfinished. Pages in the book are intentionally left blank, tempting the next DRAFT contributor and/or reader to express themselves.

The book release and signing event attracted over 500 people. A two week exhibition followed at the agnes b. gallery in their Paris headquarters. The space was entirely wallpapered with enlarged prints from random pages of the book. DRAFT was distributed in 18 bookstore locations, including Colette, Librairie de Beaubourg and Palais de Tokyo. DRAFT was added to the permanent collection of the George Pompidou Public Library.

The history of DRAFT. Senz created the first draft book as a journal for his visuals. The Xeroxed pages included random scraps of writings, photos, designs and sketches. All the pages were bound together and kept for further use. Three of these original Xeroxed editions were made prior to the first issue of DRAFT in Paris.
